About this villa rental
New comfortable villa of 120m2, air-conditioned with individual swimming pool and jacuzzi.
It is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the oaks.
It has 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with PRM access), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. In season, life is organized around the heated and secure swimming pool (3.5x4m) (from May to September depending on the weather!).
A 5-seater spa awaits you in the garden, in a pretty wooden cabin.
You can spend an active (canoeing, hiking) or relaxing holiday: visits to villages (Pont d'Arc valley, Barjac, Orgnac l'Aven) or historical sites (Chauvet Caves, Aven d'Orgnac, Pont d'Arc) or simply enjoy the local gastronomy and wines.
Many Provençal markets in the area.
Close to all amenities.
Rental only from Sunday to Sunday and stays of 7 nights minimum in July/August.
From September to June, possibility of short stays with a minimum of 2 nights.
