About the home

“Bliss on Sanctuary” is a stunning modern family home in Cowes, set on a huge 900 sqm block and only a short distance from the Silverleaves Golf club, and the supermarkets, cafes and restaurants of Cowes. Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The master bedroom has a WIR and ensuite (with double vanity, shower & toilet), and provides direct access to the private courtyard. The other three bedrooms (each with BIR) share access to the large main bathroom (with shower & bath) and a separate toilet. The central open plan kitchen (with stone benchtops) and dining room (with TV) flows directly out onto the expansive undercover entertainment area, while the two separate living areas (each with a smart TV) provide plenty of space to spread out. The garage also has a fold out table tennis table and Fusbal table as well.

Outdoor Areas

The enormous covered alfresco entertaining area (6m x 6m; with 10 seater outdoor setting and ceiling fan) looks out onto the rear yard including a fabulous in ground electric heated swimming pool (6.4m x 3.2m) and spa. The enclose yard is perfect for children or pets alike (pets to please remain outdoors). The huge double garage also provides internal access into the home and the back yard. At the rear of the block is the second garage that has a separate toilet. The second driveway down the side of the home (with double gates) is perfect for parking additional cars or boats.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine, sink, enormous walk in pantry, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is perfectly serviced by ducted cooling and heating throughout, zoned for living and bedrooms. The gas fireplace in the family room is not available to be used by guests.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 7 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Double bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two sets of Single Bunks

The rear living room has a Queen size sofa bed suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.

The house was incredible, hot tub and pool were great we thoroughly enjoyed them. Lovely and spacious outdoor and indoor areas, with 2 tv rooms and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Only small thing is it took us a while to figure out how to get the oven on as there wrrr no instructions, and not many cleaning products available. Overall we had the best time Thankyou for having us

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The house has a great layout and has everything you need. It was a great space for our girls weekend. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Highly recommend!
