The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

The condo was great and spacious. We had a few issues but all seemed like Vacasas fault (door handle was broken upon arrival and 1 out of the 2 access cards to the building we were given didn’t work (I.e., 1 entrance card for a four bedroom condo)) — of which none of this issues did Vacasa seemed urgent to fix. The condo was perfect and spacious with a large balcony - however, the walk to the beach eas slightly longer than expected just an FYI.

Fanta Sea is a nice vacation condominium for a large family. This condo is on the same floor as the pool deck. The corner unit provides a rare view of Back Bay, the wildlife refuge and the ocean that is phenomenal.

Not at all handicapped accessible. Tub/showers extremely high and no grab bars to assist in accessing the tub. Should be noted on the listing that it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Even though it is noted that it is a first floor unit, from the assigned parking spot to the closest elevator there are 4 steps and a long walk from the elevator to the unit. Difficult for those with mobility issues. Not as clean as I would have expected but the maintenance staff responded quickly to all issues we addressed.
