Sunrise Sanctuary 205A is the perfect getaway for oceanfront fun! This spacious tropical condo features two balconies with tranquil views of the Atlantic Ocean—the ideal spot to catch a glimpse of the 7,000-plus dolphins swimming off the coast. If you stay during the winter months from January to March, you can even enjoy whale watching right from your balcony! When you book this retreat, you'll have access to on-site amenities, including pools, a fitness center, outdoor showers, and gas grills.
Inside this oceanfront condo, you’ll find a 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and Netflix in the living room. Each bedroom offers its own entertainment as well: the primary bedroom has a 46-inch TV and DVD player, and the second bedroom features a 32-inch TV and DVD player. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a KitchenAid mixer and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and free WiFi throughout.
At night, the primary suite offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination for your convenience. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and their own desks, making it a perfect space for kids to relax and unwind.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

As with all these places, the cleaning is never great, come prepared with stuff to wipe things down. The condo is right near the elevator (in the same vestibule), which is good for ease of carrying things but you can hear the elevator chime Everytime it arrives. Wasn't a big deal nor deal breaker. The TVS need updating. They just have fire sticks and they are locked so you cannot login to your own apps or download anything.
The VIEW is everything. The two outside seating areas make the whole place. Would visit again. Thanks Vacasa.

The condo was nice and spacious. Everyone had a place to relax and unwind. The guest bedroom was advertised to have a small TV, but it wasn't there when we got there. The view was great. We would definitely vacation here again.
