Please have your ID ready to show the front desk to pick up your resort package, which will include your parking pass which must be displayed at all times. There is a $10/day resort fee. Only one parking spot is available per condo.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very nice time, accommodations were in an excellent location to beach, restaurants/bars etc. We had everything we needed. Condo was good size. Only one suggestion, it could use some updating. Bathrooms are very tired. They did the trick and were clean, but for 1400.00 for 3 days....

3.5 stars - the location was wonderful. Able to walk to Flagler Ave and easy beach access. Ocean view. WiFi worked great and the place was clean, beds were good. It could really use some updating though, especially both showers. One was so hard to turn on we almost weren’t able to. Could use a new paint job in the living area. Has potential to be much nicer with some small changes.
