Look no further, this gorgeous 4BR/4BA all-suite condo is the perfect home base for a memorable mountain getaway. Enjoy plenty of space to spread out and a prime location within a 7-minute walk of the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons Village.
As part of the Red Pine community, guests at this three-story townhouse will enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts.
LIVING AREAS
Vaulted ceilings soar above a plush sectional sofa in the living room. Curl up around the gas fireplace and watch movies on the 52” smart TV with soundbar.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances. A center island provides ample counter space, while helpful gadgets and cookware make preparing delicious vacation meals a breeze.
Seating for three is available at the island, and eight can sit comfortably at the rustic-chic dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The townhome includes four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. Four full baths are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.
The master suite occupies the entire third floor and boasts a king-size bed. Catch favorite shows on the 50” TV. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 30” TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination
The third guest room includes a queen bed, twin bed, and a twin-size trundle. Settle in and enjoy a movie on the 40” TV, and freshen up in the en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A twin-over-full bunk bed can be found in the fourth bedroom, and the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out to the deck surrounded by tall pines to take in the views of the mountains. Barbecue burgers on the electric grill and eat at the bistro table for two.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
This rental has complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles (one under the carport and one in the driveway).
Amenities at the Red Pine complex include two swimming pools (one heated), two hot tubs, and a sauna. In summer months you will also enjoy access to two tennis courts and a sand volleyball court.
Please note that the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub are closed from mid-April until Memorial Day weekend and from the Tuesday after Labor Day to the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Although this townhome is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Park City’s mild summer temperatures at elevation 7,000’.

This prime location is right near the base of Canyons Village -- just a 7 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift. Drive 10 minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall or 40 minutes to the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Catch the shuttle to the main base area at Park City Mountain Resort, the largest ski and snowboard resort in the United States, where you can explore 348 trails over 7,300 acres.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place worked out really well for our group of eight adults. Everyone had their own bedroom (and bathroom) and the communal area was great. Only complaints I have are only having two parking spaces at the property and the clubhouse pool/hot tub were a bit of a let-down (dirty and crowded).

This home included everything we could need for a relaxing family time. Master suite was so cozy and the family space was spacious for the five of us. Very up to date and clean. Would definately book again!

Everything was terrific. The four bedrooms worked perfect for our group. Separate heaters for ground floors helped control temp at night. Proximity to Park City Canyons was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tubs and pool in the evenings.

Comcast TV out all week. No reply from owner when we asked for a bit of a rebate (that any other owner or hotel would have entertained)
