The oceanfront Pelican complex sits on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach, offering a friendly community with two large beachfront pools, grills, and an oceanfront shuffleboard court.

This modern coastal getaway boasts a spacious, open floor plan and a cool-toned, calming ambience. The living area is full of charming rustic accents, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an adjacent dining space.

When it's time to hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs and towels to bring with you and a private washer/dryer to spin your swimsuits back at home. Additional amenities include smart TVs in the living room and bedroom as well as free WiFi throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
