The views from this condo are unbeatable, and the beach & pools were minimally occupied. Furniture and appliances could use updating. Be prepared for the bedrooms to be very hot (they're on the top floor of the building). There is a pull-out sofa that is not mentioned in the listing, which is in on the lower floor of the condo and a much better temperature for sleeping. Views cannot be beat

The condo & property were very well maintained. Perfect location walk right to pools & beach. Walk a mile along the beach to Flagler Ave. I was disappointed w/the communication. It seems like some of the responses are automated (from different people)- then sometimes, I believe it was a real person. We were approved to reschedule and gave them dates we needed. And they approved the dates but then later messaged&said we couldn’t reschedule out the 7 days of original scheduled. This was very hard, they should not said yes then recanted. My husband & I both had changed are dates w/our boss after they were approved, then we had to change them again. Due to them misinforming us. Luckily our employers were understanding:/ overall gr8 place/condo would go back

Great location and the condo was very nice. Great view, pool area was fabulous. Kitchen had everything you need (except a blender) :(. Door key box very challenging. Elevator closest to unit out of order. There was another one to use further away.

The condo complex and location are very nice; this rental unit not so much. The size and layout are good, but it needs some TLC in addition to a new refrigerator and microwave, as well as a a new living room sofa and loveseat. We had multiple issues with the front door lock and would like to suggest installing a different system.
