NEW INFINITY POOL OVERLOOKING THE GULF! The new community pool was just finished a few months ago and overlooks the private beach area! Just for guests and homeowners of Destin Pointe. Gorgeous views!

CLOSE to the Best Restaurants and Dining in Destin! FALL is the best time to visit to avoid the lines at the best restaurants in town. DINE LIKE A LOCAL!
- BEACH ACCESS: there are 2 beaches in the community, but only one is for guest access. Please utilize the beach that is next to the new infinity pool. You can rent chairs and umbrellas down at the beach or bring our beach chairs from the house. For directions: driving into the community, turn left after entering community and down on your left you will see the new infinity pool with the beach access walkway next to it! Please feel free to use the unloading/loading zone to drop off guests and supplies. Enjoy!!

NEW GAMEROOM includes arcade game, corn hole and a multifunctional game table with ping pong and pool!! (Please be advised as of June 2025 we have a work order to repair the arcade game- we apologize for the inconvenience)
There is also a private shuttle that will pick you right up at the house and take you to and from the beach. (**Please note: The shuttle is temporarily on a break)
However the community is very walkable and the community has allowed a temporary (15 minute) Loading/Unloading parking spaces near the beach entrance!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet Hours: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (10pm-10am) are strictly enforced. The community of Destin Pointe requires QUIET TIME to be 10PM - 10AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Occupancy Limits: Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14 INDIVIDUALS, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave.
- Parties/ Events: Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Parking: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street. There is a fine for street parking.
- Age Limit: Must be 25 years or older to rent
Pool & Spa:
- The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED in each. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
- Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
- No running
- The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during the high season (March - September) and once a week on Mondays the rest of the year
REFUND POLICY:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

The house was perfect! Everything was very clean. We felt safe in the gated community. The beach access was a short walk away from the house. the heated pool was one of my favorite amenities! The communication from the owners was awesome! They responded super quick & were extremely helpful! 10/10 recommend!

There were some issues with the property such as the air conditioning not working and the locks on the property being difficult to open but the hosts replied quickly to all concerns and resolved them. The home was beautiful and we loved the location.

Lil disappointed . Not quite as nice as the pictures on the web There were a few hiccups but nothing to keep us from enjoying our vacation. Our host were very good with responding to our questions and problems. House needs some updates and Renovations. Overall we had a good time. Some MsStipend andT Nice

There had been storms so property had debris everywhere, found a dead rat by the pool, dead frogs, pool pump out for three days. Owner responded to my texts but only the beach met our expectations. Kitchen had few necessary utensils which made cooking for family difficult. Linens thin and scarce—towels especially.It was a nice home but so much less of a property than we had last year in
Hilton Head. Also, we had no privileges with gym etc. which was disappointing to my football playing grandsons whom we had to buy a week gym membership to satisfy their physical regimen. Overall, this was an expensive lesson learned about online and reality.
