⭐ FIRST FLOOR - This level includes the main living room, kitchen, dining room, a full and half bath, laundry room (with an extra fridge), and 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 – King bed with a walkout patio to the pool and canal view.
Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds.
Bathroom – Shared hall bath with tub/shower combo.
Half Bath – Accessible from the pool and deck area.
⭐ SECOND FLOOR - This level features a grand family room with plenty of seating, a wet bar, beverage cooler, smart TV, half bath, a large walkout balcony with canal and pool views, and 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 – Master suite with king bed, walk-out balcony, pool and canal views, double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking garden tub. The closet is not accessible in this room, but a 2-tier garment rack is provided.

BOATS, FISHERMAN & DOCK ACCESS
⭐ Please note: the boats shown in the photos are privately owned and not included in the rental. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching, boarding, or tampering with the boats at any time. These boats may be parked here during your stay, which can occasionally block the view of the canal or access to the seawall. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages.
🌊 Periodically, a local boat captain and his crew may stop by the dock to maintain or check on the boats. They also have secure access to a small section of the garage while they're working.
🎣 While they're there, they're always respectful of your stay and are part of the charm of being right on the water. Often, they'll happily share a fishing rod or two for you to cast off the dock — and if you're lucky, you may even get to enjoy fresh seafood from the day's catch!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets and one side of the garage). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. You do not have access to the boats on the lifts or use of the lifts. Boats, trailer, jet skis etc are not allowed in the driveway or for storage.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Our home's driveway offers free parking for up to 6 vehicles. To ensure a smooth stay and avoid any fines, please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, and RVs are not permitted in the driveway at any time, as per HOA guidelines. These must be parked offsite. For offsite parking options, feel free to contact our office. Additionally, the HOA does not allow rental golf carts or scooters on the property.
BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The private, gated beach access is just a quick 4-minute walk (0.4 miles away)! We'll provide you with 2 Key Cards for easy entry to the beach. Please note, there is no beach service provided at this access.
BEACH GEAR
⭐ Beach gear is available at the home for your enjoyment! You'll typically find beach toys, a beach wagon, and 4 adult bikes with locks, but please note we can't guarantee specific items upon arrival.
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there are surveillance cameras located on the back side of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Great location, nice pool area and decent access to the beach. Had a small issue and they worked quickly to get it resolved and communicated well. We will pin this one and hope for another chance to come stay in the future.

We had a good size group with us for a family vacation, we love Holiday Isle and the location, some things to keep in mind with this house, the master is not on the main floor, its up 23 steps so if you have someone that is a bit older going up and down the stairs its kinda inconvenient. The management company was amazing, any issue we had ( and we had a few) they came out right away and did what they could. We stayed a week and lost power 2x for 1.5 hours and 3 hours, the day we were checking out it went out for 30 seconds, I don't know if this area has issues but it was surprising to lose it 2x in a week. There was a terrible smell in the laundry room no one could figure out and one of the ice machines went out and was not able to be fixed. Overall it was nice but there were a few things that had to be tweaked!

The house was absolutely stunning! We had a large group and it was the perfect space for us! We never felt crowded! The contact team was super quick to respond and was super accommodating. There were issues with the pool that weren’t resolved in the couple days we were there but overall an amazing experience! Would highly recommend!
