Location was excellent. It was easy to walk both to beach & into town. We really appreciated the use of a dryer as we got caught in an unexpected downpour. Likewise there were extra towels we could use. This was basic accomodation which was fine for a couple of nights. It was quiet & adjacent to a beach access path.
The bed mattress/s were quite soft. Access is down a driveway & around a house to the back of a 2nd house. At night it is not well lit except for the one exterior light that is outside the entrance door. For bigger cars access to the garage can be tricky especially if a car is parked next to the front house. We were woken up by light from the front house streaming into our bedroom.

Lovely inside, comfortable & clean & great location. Good contact with managers of property - thank you!
Outside could do with a bit of love and care. Nothing drastic, but bit of fence broken & some rubbish etc. Great washing line though & space to sit outside & fab having access to beach.
