About this house rental
Our lovingly designed vacation home is located at the northern tip of the island in Norderhafen.
Built in the 1990s, the Friesenhof consists of several townhouses, one of which is our Freesenhuus Achtern Diek, which was modernized in 2019.
The house is located in the front row behind the new outer dike.
The location offers, among other things, sunsets on the dike, excursions to the other North Sea islands—Sylt, Föhr, and Amrum—as well as to the seal colonies and the Halligen, bike tours, and, depending on the tides, a swim in the North Sea or mudflat walks. The small North Sea harbor of Strucklahnungshörn is only about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
But even in typical North German dreary weather, there are plenty of ways to pass the time at the Kurhaus next door, which features a swimming pool and sauna.
