• This spacious open-space studio presents a Regular Queen Bed and a Sofa-Bed size King. We offer a large closet with built-in storage. In summer, the temperature is mild because of its position in the semi-basement. In winter the heating is controlled by wall thermostats.
• The semi-equipped kitchenette offers a small refrigerator with an integrated mini freezer, a microwave and a toaster. In addition, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and 4 capsules are at your disposal to start your first morning off right. The kitchen does not have an oven and a dishwasher. Guests must clean their dishes in the bathroom sink.
• In the open living room, you will find a comfortable convertible King sofa bed and a television on which you can connect to your Netflix and Youtube account. Plus, a dining table with 4 chairs lets you enjoy group meals - and create memories. Several restaurants within walking distance with delivery option to discover in our neighbourhood
• The unit contains a complete bathroom with shower.
• By reserving this studio, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. Guests don't have access to the courtyard and the private parking on the side of the building.
*Noise*
Please note that noise from family life may disturb guests in the morning after 9 a.m. and in the evening between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. We provide earplugs for guests.

The accommodation is equipped with a smart TV, but does not offer a cable channel. You can log in to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+, or other account directly on the TV.

The property was exactly as advertised. I had everything I needed. Clean apartment with a comfortable bed. My only complaint was the noise upstairs. Even though it was mentioned in the listing, it was far louder than I expected. It got quiet after 9PM, so there was no issue sleeping.

The place was in a great location. It was super clean, quiet and conveniently located across the road from NDG park.
Sophie and her family were very friendly and hospitable. Although its a basement suite, I never had any noise problems.

The flat was clean, comfortable, well located, and the host was excellent. All the amenities were as advertised, and we found the location to be very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Communication with the host was smooth and informative. The location is super close to the metro and in a lovely neighborhood. We had a good stay, however, the appliances were not working and the fridge was leaking onto the carpet. Even after communicating with the host regarding this, after our stay there was an attempted charge for a carpet cleaning service. Be sure to take videos and photos of the property when you first check-in to avoid this happening to you.
