This is an oldschool downtown Montreal gem. Huge backyard with a patio set and 5-burner grill, great for outdoor barbeques on warm evenings (backyards like these simply don't exist downtown anymore).
2-minute walk to the Lachine canal where you can stroll along the waterfront and find parks & bike/running paths, kayak rental, waterfront cafes/bars, and beach volleyball courts.
Great location: right between the Old Port and the restaurant scene in Little Burgundy (Joe Beef, Liverpool House, etc), and a 10-minute walk up to Saint-Catherine Street in the middle of downtown.
