About this cottage rental
Peaceful 2 bed/2 bath cottage on San Gabriel River 3 miles from Georgetown Square. Fully furnished, fridge, kuerig, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, covered porch to enjoy that morning cup of coffee watching the deer. Have fun making s’mores and hot dogs at the river. Close to Austin, Georgetown, Salado, Kalahari water park, Dell Diamond, The Domain, and Circuit of the America’s. HEB grocery is 3.8 miles away. 55” Roku TV’s in Each bedroom and Den. Property is end of road and gated. Keyless entry.
The property is a duplex-style cottage located on 6.5 acres with owners living in a separate house on site. Please call for directions and gate code. GPS does not get you to the end of the private road.
There is access to the river via a short walk on the property. There are picnic tables and a fire-pit, with wood provided. Please bring your own s'mores or hot dogs for roasting. You can easily walk out into the water. It is good for perch, catfish, carp, and bass fishing. We can provide paddle boards and kayaks for use when water levels are ideal. Just ask us.
