This Warm and Bright - Sun City Home nestled in the Oak Studded Texas Hill Country of Georgetown Texas has all the comforts of home.
Relax and put your feet up - while wildlife greets you from the large fully screened in porch. The spacious open living room and bedrooms face the sun and let so much natural light in.
With such a vibrant community within Sun City and Georgetown, this home is set up for entertaining. The large Hand Made Farmhouse Dining Table seats up to 8 comfortably for the best dinner parties. There is even a dedicated bar area!
Large Smart TVs and WiFi internet in each room with loads of channels.
The Kitchen is a culinary and coffee lovers highlight. It is fully stocked with baking and cooking equipment There is a new model Ninja Coffee machine that can be set to brew when you wake up and can make full/half pots as well as single cups. It even features a Milk Frothing option for the inclined :)
(There is also a backup single pot coffee maker on hand)
The two-car garage has plenty of room and has an attached laundry room with state-of-the-art top load washer and dryer combo.
The walking trails, restaurants and Lake are all very close and are open to the public and any guests even those staying under 2 months.
Downtown Georgetown is very close and is a must visit with an incredible town square (Voted Best In Texas) Featuring wine tasting, fine dining, play house, tap house and much more. Downtown Austin is only about a half hour drive away.
Grocery stores such as HEB, Randal's, & Walgreens are less than 5 min from the front door as well as many other shops and restaurants are so close by.
This home has all the feel of living in the private sun kissed woods while having access to so many things to see and places to visit.
This is the perfect place if you are building a home in the area, or are looking to move here. Or, if you are just wanting to snow bird and enjoy the beautiful Central Texas weather in this lake forest community - this is your spot!
At least one occupant on the the reservation must be 55 years or older per the HOA. (DL or photo ID required) (If your stay needs to be extended once you've arrived this is more than possible with enough notice given in advance to block off the days.)

This was a lovely spot to stay while visiting for a family wedding. Coffee on the lanai every morning, with local deer showing up for our enjoyment! Host was very responsive as we settled in. We'll be back!

Nice home. Needs to stock more towels, hand towels & wash clothes. Not many plates. Clean, nice quiet location.

Super nice neighborhood and a super nice house. Very roomy and very clean. Host is very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would love to stay here again on our future trips to texas.
