In the heart of Shenandoah and Little Havana, this private and modern studio will have everything you need to explore all Miami has to offer. You will be walking distance to local restaurants, live music venues and art galleries, take the free trolley and all the way to downtown and from there get a transfer to anywhere, South Beach, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Brickell and much more. My parents and I love this business and we would to host you and make you fall in love with the Miami we know.

The Ad said, the property is close to everything? I suppose it depends on who decides what everything is. I found that for me, not a lot was close. That being said, I had a rental car, so I could drive to what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and nice, to me that's what really matters. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time I was there. So overall I will say a nice place to stay. Oh, just FYI, if you are traveling while in Miami, stay off the I95 and set your GPS to take surface streets, even though you'll have a lot of twists and turns, you'll get there quicker. I hate sitting on a so called freeway. lol

Pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Beautiful home in front lovely private area behind the house. We stayed in a guest house apartment behind main house. Very nice, clean comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with coffee and dishes. Unfortunately the tv didnt work and no response about it from owner. Not a deal killer. Will definitely stay here again. Also free parking on the street.
