Boutique Condo near Spectrum Center & Bank of America Stadium

Booked the condo for our daughter’s surprise engagement party, the location was close to her house and the party address. Our son and his wife were with us. Hits: location. Walkable to dinner spot and close to many bars and restaurants. Condo was clean and attractive. Perfect for what we needed. Misses: there is not enough comfortable seating in the living area for 4 adults. The condo could use another chair. The listing specifies coffee maker, but does not say it’s a Nespresso. That would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time - brought ground coffee and filters, but alas no drip coffee maker! Be aware that the walls are thin - could easily hear the people in the next-door condo. And the upstairs floor is very creaky.

Unit was clean, beds were comfy, parking spot outside door. Neighborhood is walkable and a park down the street. The outside area was good for the dog but the yard was not mowed. A nice place to stay while visiting family in NoDa area.

I felt at home, as usual. I don’t really like the location, but the place is nice. Also, communication is superb.

This is my second stay with Mansion. I love how easy it is to check in and out, and how they have everything you need. The places are spacious and they respond very quickly to all my messages .
