We wanted a home base near Charlotte to explore schools in the area. It was nice to have a consistent quiet place to come back to that felt like home for a few days in a quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoyed the front porch and coffee on the morning sun and the location to Plaza Midwood and all of its great food was very convenient. More of an apartment style duplex but never heard the neighbors next door.

This is a wonderful property for a business trip or vacation. The property is updated and the bed was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and very close to a pretty hip area as well as downtown. Cool restaurant choices within walking distance if you don't mind a stroll. The wall adjacent to the other apartment is quite thin and I could hear my neighbors in the evening hours in the larger bedroom and living room.
The property manager was very responsive and checked in after my first night of stay. I recommend this property and would stay there again if I was ever in Charlotte.
