Perfect location within 1 hour of Kings Canyon National Park, & 2 hours from Yosemite. The home is less than 5 minutes of Save Mart Center, Fresno State University, shopping centers, and fine dining in the River Park shopping center. The airport is within 10 minutes. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. You will love the privacy in the back yard afforded by 40’ Italian cypress trees surrounding the back yard!! Perfect for a family gathering with the 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom configuration. Enjoy the game room complete with a pool table and classic arcade games! Here there’s something for everyone!

Our overall stay was clean, presentable, relaxing and inviting. When we first arrived at the house we had trouble getting in the house and the owner responded quickly and was able to help us out immediately. Any issues we had, the owner was great in responding quickly to our needs.

We rented this wonderful home with the intention of visiting both Yosemite and Sequoia Parks! The location was perfect for us! The home was clean and comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us! The house was close to tons of restaurants and shopping, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and games chilling in the evenings! Absolutely no complaints here as we had a wonderful time together! And the parks are literally priceless to visit! Thank you so much!

The house appears nice on the surface and for the price point and size, it was pretty decent. It sits off a busy street so the two front rooms were quite loud at night. The toilet paper was nice as well as the linens. The pool table was great and the variety of board games. The decor was thoughtful. Cons were that it wasn’t deep cleaned, supplies were missing and some furniture was falling apart. Owner was receptive to suggestions.
