The Space:
This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts expansive mountain views that you and your family of up to 9 are sure to love.
Upon entrance to this well-appointed home, guests will appreciate the natural light coming in from the glass windows throughout the house. Cozy up in the family room with your loved ones on the plush sofa and armchairs, as you feel the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace permeating the room. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will love the spacious fully-equipped kitchen, where they can whip up a scrumptious meal with the modern appliances available during your stay. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, where you can share the fun-filled stories of your exciting day on the slopes. Additional bar stool seating is available in the kitchen bar.

Every room in the house and the living room are equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning units. A full bathroom with a modern walk-in shower is also available on the main floor of the house. The spacious entry foyer has plenty of storage space for all of your equipment, boots, and coats. There is also a glove/boot dryer in the foyer available for guests during your stay. A coin-operated laundry room, on the third floor, is also available for guests. Complimentary laundry detergent is under the kitchen sink.
A boot fitter, ski shop, and lift ticket window are all located on the first floor of this building. There is a Ski School, in the building, accessible via the elevator to the basement, where you can have your kiddos learning how to ski like a pro in no time -- drop them off while you take on the advanced ski runs, and pick them up afterward.

Please note that the vehicle height limit is 7 '4" and a parking pass is required for the garage parking. A parking pass will be provided in the unit. Kindly return this at the end of your stay to avoid any penalties.

Payday Express Lift, located steps away from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Remote controlled air conditioning units available in every bedroom and living room during your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that to reach the unit, there are two sets of elevators (from the parking garage to the entrance of the lodge, and from the lodge entrance to the unit). There are 13 steps required to reach the second elevator.

Don’t Pass on This Condo - Location, Location, Location Marriott Mountainside is my usual place to stay in PC each summer. As I was booking this visit last minute, I stumbled upon this unit. There is NO other better unit for access to the Alpine Slide, Coaster etc in summer and Basecamp, Ski lifts etc. in winter. The condo has newly updated bathrooms with travertine and tile. They’re beautiful. Also, included are amenities which is a nice touch. The bedding was great. I’m picky about a mattress and slept wonderfully in the master. The kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of bowls and pans for stove, cake pans. I wished for a plastic spatula as I brought a non stick from home and forgot one. They even have some baking soda, powder, nonstick spray. The ACs are a bit slow but do the job. I do wish there was more storage. Multiple locked closets. The master has a closet with some shelves and short hanging. It is good for one person. There seems to be an identical closet next to it but it’s locked. If open it would be perfect for two. (My husband had to stay in the valley.) The kids bunk room has a reach in closet with hanging bar. But zero dressers which kids need as they can’t reach the bar in the closet. The other king room does have nice storage with long dresser and a reach in closet. This unit does have at least 3 folding luggage stands like in a hotel. The location is unmatched. Steps from everything. Views can’t be beat. Book this condo.

Fantastic location and a lot more spacious than the pictures make it seem! It’s the perfect place to hit the slopes with no worries of travel and enjoy time with friends and family inside at the end of the day! The host was very responsive and very helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great weekend. The location is great for the activities and view! (They closed the activities at 6 on a Friday night which was lame. Beds were not the most comfortable but we did ok. ). Things a little run down but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. the initial rental process went smooth but I had to call for instructions, location, and door code. When I called I was dealt with very nice. Thank you!
