Located in the tranquil Waikoloa Villas community, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts lanai views of the ocean and the 9th hole of The Village Course. Spend sunny days between the beach and the on-site amenities which include heated pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course.
Soaring 18-foot wood ceilings, picturesque windows, and a set of sliding glass doors detail the open-concept living area. After beach days, cozy up for movie nights on the smart TV. The sparkling new kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed at the six-person table or bar.
This condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite offers golf course views, a king bed, a TV, and lanai access. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Open to the living area below, the third bedroom is a loft appointed with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (The loft may receive natural morning light from the living area windows.)
The lanai is sure to wow with its sunset views over the 9th green of the fairway. You can even see the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Community amenities include two all-season pools (heated), one saltwater lap pool (heated), hot tubs, and poolside cabanas and grills. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also provided in your rental. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come-first-served basis. This condo has a two-story layout. Elevators are not available. Walk to the Waikoloa Highlands Center for convenient shopping and dining. Visit a handful of incredible beaches within a 20-minute drive.

Condo was well stocked - in the kitchen, with beach items, and with towels for both beach and bath. The condo complex was lovely, and the pool, hot tub, and grill area was super close. People were very friendly and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property, well maintained and everything we needed and now for a family of 6 with 4 teenagers. Beach supplies was a really nice touch, the teens lived tbe boogie boards

Property is dated; washrooms are very tiny; not properly cleaned; burnt out lights over vanity; handle on the screen door to lani was hanging off and we taped it up with some masking tape we found. the kitchen counter had large cracks on it; dining room chairs were stained. Shower heads hard to adjust and didn't spray properly. The front bedroom windows were very dirty and had not been washed for some time,
We were not able to park in the lot by our unit several times because there were construction workers renovating two suites one below us and one beside us and thus had to park on the street; and also workers installing solar on the roof. Noise of installation and renovations started at 8 am. with radio blasting and construction noise. Steps coming up to the unit were very dirty and there were garbage bags and boxes sitting on the landing close to our door for several days of our 8 day stay because of the renovations next door. It is more dated and less spacious than the photos
We enjoyed the pool and the view is nice it overlooks the ocean in the distance and the golf course is beside the property. The location is good ; the grounds are well kept. ample dishes, pots and pans, towels and board games and water activity accessories and a set of golf clubs. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well
Our son and his wife rented a unit through Kona Coast vacations much cleaner and modern and well equipped a block from where we stayed in a gated complex with dedicated parking spots for each unit and for guests for less money than we paid. So based on that We would look for the better value if we returned.
