Peaceful golf retreat with shared pools

Location, atmosphere, quietness of the area. Availability on short notice

Only 1 thing and this is circumstantial. there is no AC. Not usually an issue in this area but the humidity was a little higher then last time I visited during this time of year and got into the upper 80s a couple day with little to no breeze. There were a couple stand fans that made it better but could have used 1 more. This was no issue on the days or nights when the trade winds picked up a bit. So like I said not really a negative in my opinion, it more due to the randomness of the weather. Most of the time when we stay in the Waikoloa area we never use the AC even if the place we stay has it. This would not have stopped me from booking the place or staying here again.
