Enjoy the charm of the Breton coast in this charming, traditional house that has been carefully renovated. It’s located in the center of Cléder, close to all amenities and just 3 km from the beaches!
The house features a beautiful sunroom with a kitchen, allowing you to make the most of the natural light in our beautiful region. For cozier moments, gather in the living room around the fireplace, or relax on the patio with the outdoor furniture.
The house features a ground-floor veranda with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, a laundry room, and a half-bath. There are three bedrooms—two on the first floor and one in the attic—each furnished with a double bed; the attic bedroom can accommodate two additional guests if needed. You’ll also find a large bathroom and a half-bath upstairs.
Finally, the outdoor area features a garden with a patio, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and patio furniture.
Additional amenities: sheet rental for 12€ per bed

Gilles house is just lovely and very well equipped. The location in Cléder is very good, within walking distance to the bakery and a large supermarket.The sea is 3 km away, some nicer beaches a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can only recommend to stay there and spend some nice time.Merci bien, Gilles.
