Situated frontline beach in one of best areas of Marbella called Los Monteros, this unique and really exclusive villa offers 8 spacious bedrooms, 8 suites plus 2 extra bedrooms which could be used for your private chef, nannie or driver, several exterior entertainment zones and chill-out areas, a Balinese style shack to be used as another chill out area or bar area in the tropical garden, a fantastic pool, a covered BBQ/dining area and sitting areas overlooking the sea. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with double height wooden beamed ceilings and large open fireplace leading onto the covered terrace with sitting areas, a dining room, a fully fitted and equipped professional kitchen, a full spa area with heated indoor pool, sauna, hamam, massage room, gym, home cinema, an outstanding an individual master bedroom with private sitting area.
At the rear of the property you can find an indoor pool area with an electric retractable glass roof for year round bathing. Outdoor pool is oxygen cleaned, no chemicals used.
Around the Andalusian patio the other guest suites are distributed including the staff apartment with two bedrooms. A special tower suite has been incorporated into the ancient tower with direct access to a large chill out terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. Parking space on the private driveway for more than 3 cars and extra garage. The community offers 24h security service and is located within a short drive to Marbella centre.
Los Monteros is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. Situated on the east part of Marbella, Los Monteros area is about 15 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga.
Los Monteros beach side offers beautiful sandy beaches and high quality service, popular restaurants and bars, beach restaurants which we call chiringuito. The famous “Los Monteros” Hotel with its marvellous, trendy beach club “La Cabane” offers further luxury services and entertainment. Several prestigious golf courses are situated close to Los Monteros as well as the Costa del Sol Hospital.
The villa is maintained in immaculate conditions and has been recently renovated.

- Late check in after 21 PM will be charged 100€ -
- No weddings are admitted but other types of events are welcomed -
