About this house rental
Very nice colonial style apartment in an elegant urbanization in the town of Marbella and 50 meters from the beach.
It is a very quiet area and at the same time close to all the options you can ask for an unforgettable vacation 5 minutes from the center of Marbella.
It consists of a dining room and the TV has channels in different languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, ...).
It has 2 rooms, one of them has a double bed of 150x200 with TV and the other one has two beds of 90x200, two bathrooms, living room, independent kitchen and terrace.
It has a good view of the pool and gardens from the master bedroom and from the terrace.
The apartment is newly furnished (new furniture and mattresses) and fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, ... everything you need for a stay comfortable.
It also has an elevator, doorman, 24 hour security guard, swimming pool, garage, playground, paddle tennis courts.

The property is in an amazing position just a few minutes walk from the beach and beach restaurants as well as close to Marbella central .
The pool is excellent and the flat its self although could do with a little updating was absolutely perfect . I would have no hesitation to book this again .
