Welcome to Casa Zinnia , an elegant 80m2 duplex apartment, located in a charming house just 400 metres from Nerja's lively Burriana Beach . Perfect for up to 5 guests , this apartment offers two south-east facing balconies with glorious morning sun and a private roof terrace with evening sun - ideal for families or friends looking for luxury and proximity to the beach and town. Casa Zinnia shares a house with Casa Zinnia Studio , making it a fantastic choice for larger groups or two families who want to live close to each other with separate entrances, while sharing access to a large communal pool.
The Accommodation – Style and Comfort on Two Levels
Capacity : Up to 5 guests (4 adults + 1 extra bed, possibility of travel cot for infants when booking).
Bedrooms : 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed).
Beds : 4 beds + 1 extra bed.
Bathroom : 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower/bathtub) + a separate toilet on the upper floor.
Casa Zinnia welcomes you through a beautiful iron gate to a private roof terrace , equipped with sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue – perfect for sunny days and evenings under the stars. A dedicated parking space for a normal-sized car is inside the gate, and free street markings are available outside.
Upper floor : An airy living room with comfortable sofa set, smart TV and dining table for communal meals. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances for everything from breakfast to festive dinners. From here, glass doors lead to a south-east facing balcony with dining area, where you can enjoy the morning sun and views of the pool and glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea. A separate toilet is provided for added convenience.
Lower floor : Two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with access to a second balcony facing south-east – ideal for morning coffee or quiet moments. Easy check in, we were met at the door by Robert who had communicated to us throughout the day. The walk to the beach is approximately 0.4 of a mile downhill but it wasn't too arduous on the way back. Fully equipped kitchen, the beds were very comfy (although we would suggest larger pillows as they were small square ones).
It was clean and had lovely balconies for breakfast; however, the roof terrace was not used as it is at street level. Overall a good property and we would recommend it.
