Beautiful south west facing and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a large private terrace commanding spectacular sea and mountain views. Only 500 metres from the award winning Blue Flag Beach in Burriana and a short walk away from the centre of the beautiful Spanish town centre of Nerja.
This apartment is a popular choose for it's convenient yet quiet location. The views from this property over the sea, Nerja town and it's surrounding mountains are lovely. There is a huge well equipped terrace from which to enjoy the all day sunshine and the marvellous views. A substantial sun awning can be drawn over part of the terrace for some welcome shade. The house is comfortably furnished throughout . The accommodation is all on one level. The bedrooms are also comfortable and are fitted with air conditioning. The scenic walk to the Balcon d'Europa in the picturesque centre of Nerja takes 25 minutes.

The location was great, just be aware that the apartment is on a hill so it does require you to walk a lot. The host provides us with beach towels, umbrellas and chairs which was very handy.
The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. It was quite dusty, the curtains were ripped and the balcony wasn’t cleaned.
The communication between the host manager was good. However, check out wasn’t clear enough.
Overall, the apartment was big and accommodated to all our needs as a family of five. The views was also very beautiful from the terrace.

El apartamento está muy bien, con muy buena terraza y con todo el material necesario. Se puede ir andando a la playa, aunque a la vuelta hay una buena cuesta, como en toda la zona. Atención muy buena. Gracias por la cama supletoria!!

We had a recent stay and whilst we enjoyed Nerja we were disappointed in the apartment. Overall we found it tired and poor value for Monet considering this. The showers were very very slow to drain which meant they overflowed very easily, the dishwasher errored mid-cycle and there was a level of dust and dirt in drawers and shelves. It is not a 5 minute walk to Burriana beach, there are over 140 steps to beach level or a very steep hill. The pool is poor as there is no furniture making for a very hard look, you can have a dip but wouldn’t be encouraged to lie on a towel on the ground. Bath towels supplied but not beach ones. Balcony is spacious but not overlooking the town of Nerja, there’s a big hill in the way. The complex is showing its age, some apartments are freshly painted outside but others aren’t, the community needs to sort this by demanding higher standards.
