Highly recommended property. The apartment is safe, spacious and comfortable. It contains everything you need for your stay. The gardens and pool area are large and well maintained. The location is close to the Marina with the shops, bars and restaurants on offer. Will stay here again!

Sehr saubere Anlage (auch der Pool) mit Security vor Ort. Kurzer Fußweg zum kleinen Hafen mit Restaurants und kleinem Supermarkt. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage. In der Wohnung fehlen Moskitonetze an den Fenstern und Türen, gelegentlich sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus der Lüftung im Badezimmer. Wohnung sehr sauber und neu renoviert und eingerichtet (behindertengerecht in Bad und Dusche und erhöhte Betten). Ausgezeichnete, neuwertige Ausstattung der Küche. Bei Wohnung im EG Ameistenstraßen "normal", aber überall Köderboxen ausgelegt. Weg zum Hinterausgang zur Straße und zum Spielplatz führt direkt an der Terrasse vorbei, auch die Grünfläche direkt vor der Wohnung wird gerne zum Liegen von Nachbarn genutzt. Deshalb Nutzung der Terrasse nicht ungestört möglich, dafür aber Lage direkt am Pool. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, war zur Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe persönlich vor Ort, Kommunikation auf Englisch eher schwierig. Sie ist aber sehr bemüht. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer, erholsamer Aufenthalt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Paula.
