Emplacement idéal pour moi. Charlotte a ete très accueillante, serviable et discrète a la fois. Le calme du gite permettant de travailler sereinement. Le parking privé, un vrai +.

Si toutefois il y avait une amelioration à apporter, Les marches de l escalier d accès, très glissantes les jours de pluie.... un peu risqué pour les personnes vieillissantes... c est tout !!!...vraiment tout !!!

Logement spacieux, bien décoré et très propre. Bien équipé, bonne literie. Proche de commerces et restaurants.

Pour les grands froids, prévoir peut-être d'augmenter d'un ou deux degrés le chauffage de la pièce principale. Nous étions plus souvent dans la cuisine du coup où il faisait très bon. Mais nous sommes des frileux!

We booked this property as it was within walking distance from my relatives’s place. Spacious and clean overall. Comfy bed and quiet which is good for you to rest. It also has a washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher which are nice add-on. The owner also had a strict 10am checkout which I’ve never seen in my life but was somewhat flexible to allow us to leave by 11am instead.

We were disappointed by a few things: 1. The property was very cold when we settled in (18 degrees for 60m2…) the first day of waking up was difficult and we had to figure out how to turn on the heater at higher temperature whilst it was -1 degree outside 2. The early check-out and very late check-in (5pm onwards) for the price we paid is something I would invite the owner to review. We understand that cleaning needs to be done, but you either offer early check-in our late check-out. Doing both is really ‘tiré par les cheveux’. 3. We were missing shampoo, shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom… 4. It can dangerous during winter time to get to the property as there is no light between the flat entrance and stairs. It was slippery too so be mindful if you have reduced mobility. 5. My family dropped us off initially and the owner’s first reaction was ‘omg you guys are 5??’ This left a sour taste. We booked for 2 so we stay for 2, period… is this a french warm welcome? Overall, we would book a hotel next time as value vs money is not justified here. This was more for location convenience but those little issues can’t be dismissed.
