Le propriétaire m'a adressé le code du boîtier, ainsi qu'une vidéo d'accès au logement. Accès très facile, parking dans l'enceinte du haras, fermé la nuit. L'appartement est conforme à sa description, très propre, avec 2 vraies chambres, assez spacieuses. L'équipement est complet et l'ensemble en très bon état.
Un détail à prendre en considération : l'escalier qui mène à l'étage (chambres et salle d'eau) est en colimaçon, assez étroit.

Les messages sont polis. Le parking est aisé et sécurisé. Les deux chambres munies d'un lit double sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne et l'endroit est très calme.
La maison sentait le renfermé à notre arrivée et la température intérieure était trop basse puisque limitée par un horaire de maintenance non adapté à une réservation prévue. l n'y a que deux places sur le canapé du salon, l'escalier en colimaçon est très étroit et bouge, la serrure de la porte du salon est cassée.
