This house is a nice location for an Everglades fishing trip. Check-in was easy, good parking, was clean and comfortable.

Not much parking with a boat trailer. The people are very nice around there,and you can get fuel and bait and tackle all at the same place and don’t have to drive up town. Overall perfect location. I will keep coming back for sure.

Price was good. It was very clean and well stocked. This house is a single wide trailer in stilts with a screened in porch. Only one screen was broken out.The fridge leaked inside so we arrived to a puddle of water to repeatedly soak up.Beds were comfy but pillows were old. No parking except on the grass, but walking on said grass raised a large swarm of gnats.Our biggest problem was arrival. Due to plane delays we arrived late and exhausted. However, we couldn’t find our trailer. We drove around for 20 minutes. Finally called the owner. No answer. We were about to give up when we found it by the photo on VRBO just as the owner returned our call. Turns out the numbers on the trailer are too high to see in car headlights. Next problem, it was supposed to be unlocked. It wasn’t. Call back to owner. She told us she would get someone to us. Another wait, and then someone came to let us in.The AC was good, but the washer only ran on some cycles (discovered the hard way). I think this could be a good spot for a couple of fisher folk who wanted a boat slip which comes with the place.
