About this house rental
Wonderful California casual home, beautifully decorated, situated on a fun filled waterfront lagoon. Wake up to the sites and sounds of migrating birds or catch a speedboat while you drink your morning coffee. It is hard to find another property with such a beautiful and relaxing outdoor space. Covered patio with outdoor kitchen. Inside has a completely remodeled kitchen with an open concept. TV in the den and master bedroom. Three bedrooms, master with en-suite bathroom. One double bed, one queen and one king.

Nancy is an excellent host and our family made some wonderful memories in her space. She left age-appropriate books and toys out for the kids and we truly felt at home. The covered patio was a favourite place to gather, and the kitchen was well appointed. There was something for everyone. We hope to return again soon.

This beautiful waterside property was just right for our family of five - providing a comfortable home base from which we could easily travel to San Francisco, Oakland and Palo Alto. Groceries and other necessities were conveniently obtained from stores in San Mateo. We enjoyed spending the holidays in this lovely location and would be happy to return!

Beautiful property. In addition, the owner was very responsive to my personal needs/requests.
Everything met or exceeded our needs. The view and peaceful surroundings certainly exceeded my expectations.
I would certainly choose this property (and owner) again if needing a property of this size in this location.

A small town feeling in a quiet neighborhood, lovely yards and flowers. A private patio, overlooking a body of water. Lovely vibrant colorful decor with plenty of seating. Clean and homey.
