About this house rental
"Chillin the Most" is located at1886 Snapper Ln.
This beautifully maintained home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, sleeping 6). If you have a couple of extra kids you want to squeeze in, we definitely don't mind as we also have a pull-out sofa!
This home on stilts has a large upper deck to sip your morning coffee and a large open space underneath to enjoy outdoor activities. This house has a complimentary golf cart, free WIFI, tv's in every room, a gas grill, outside shower, beach chairs, & corn hole boards for your enjoyment.
*The CLEANING FEE IS $175 which INCLUDES a linen/towel package*
So that we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:
If you’re looking for a place to party, please move along to another property
Must be 25 to rent
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)
You will be required to purchase your car passes through Ocean Lakes at $12.00 per day, this INCLUDES all the amenities in the park
Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with direct access to the Beach, a 24-hour gated community/resort, and all of the amenities you will need.
* 3-acre Water Park that's free to all guests
* Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax
* Arcade
* Basketball courts
* Shuffleboard
* 2 Playgrounds
* Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics)
* Miniature golf
* Grocery store with a gift shop
*Fishing ponds
* Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more
* Laundry mat
* Several snack bars & Pizza/Hamburgers/Ice Cream
* Golf cart parades in the evenings

We come to Ocean Lakes every year. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay as the area was quiet and with the golf cart that was included we could be anywhere on the property quickly. Had over $500 in fees paid for this booking and the house was in need of a serious deep clean inside and out. We did some cleaning while there to get it to our standards. Check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. Everything was in good working order.
