Located in Seacrest Beach, Sandy Cheeks features a spacious 3-story home accommodating a total of 16 guests. This newly renovated 4 bed / 4 bath home has more than enough room for entertaining, taking relaxing naps, and watching movies after a long day at the beach. If you're looking for the perfect vacation home, This is it!
On the first floor you'll find the main living, kitchen and dining room and a King guest bedroom with a detached full bathroom. Traveling up to the second story you have a King Master ensuite, and a Queen bunk room that sleeps 8ppl, Twin hall bunks and a hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have private outdoor patios to sit and relax! Continuing to the third floor there is a beautiful King master ensuite with a private balcony where you can bask in the sun in peace, an office space and a large outdoor patio which is great for gathering and enjoying the ocean breezes!
Sandy Cheeks has a lot to offer! Prime location just 350 yards to the private beach access and just across the street to the large resort style community pool. Bring your friends and family and don't miss out on this vacation of a lifetime!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location, quiet and very beautiful property. Kitchen well stocked, parking at the door, balconies on every level and plenty of windows. Highly recommend this property.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the house was beautiful. The issues we had were with the customer service and lack of items that were provided. The community pool was closed all 5 days we were there which was very unfortunate and frustrating. The front door code did not work during our entire stay. Even after mentioning it to the property manager it was not fixed so we had to come in the back door the whole trip. Only 2 trash bags and 1 paper towel roll were provided for our 5 night stay which was not nearly enough. They have no spices or anything like that so bring all your own. There were various pieces of uninstalled hardware on shelves and in drawers throughout the house making it difficult with small children. The tram was up to a 15 minute wait many times so we ended walking to the beach most of the time. The beach was very crowded throughout our stay with 5-6 rows of chairs.
