This cozy Sandusky home is located in the quaint town of Bay View, less than a mile from the Sandusky Bay. It's a perfect place for fishing, boating, swimming and enjoying Lake Erie. For your convenience, there is secured BOAT and car parking on the property. This house is newly remodeled, tidy, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 4 smart TV's in each of bedroom and all bedding, mattresses and furniture are brand new. Kitchen fully stocked.

The backyard has a brand new SCREENED IN PORCH, gas grill, fire pit, dining table, and has plenty of seating for outdoor entertainment in a fenced in yard. We put in a new enlarged driveway to fit 4 cars. Centrally located near many Lake Erie attractions, like Cedar Point, Cedar Point Sports Force (rock climbing), African Safari Wildlife Park, Ferries to the Islands, Port Clinton beach, Kalahari, and more. In addition, it’s located near conveniences such as, rentals for: boat, kayak, paddle board, jet ski, golf cart, and fishing gear, fishing PIER(at end of street), playground, biking, golfing, and many restaurants, wineries, museums, Tofts Ice Cream, and stores. You can rent a golf cart to use in this town. Or if you to slow things down, take a walk on our quiet, and
safe (police few doors down) tree lined streets and enjoy wildlife viewing and bird watching. You might catch a glimpse of a bald eagle.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfy, clean and well-stocked home during our trip. There was ample room when our kids were with us over the holiday weekend and we enjoyed family time on the screened in porch. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and was minutes away from our marina and other area attractions.We would definitely stay again!

Very nice up to date house. 2 bedrooms were nice size and 3rd one that had the bunks was really small. We had 3 guys and it worked out perfect. We had a rather large boat and truck and it was a little tight parking. Host was very resposive in the questions we had and willing ness to let us park on the grass

Clean and Quiet. the 3rd bedroom is only for kids the bunk beds are a little short for adults. The Parking spot fits a boat and truck, however you better be good at backing in and jack-knifing a trailer to stay off the neighbors lawn.

The place was very clean and comfortable. And the neighborhood was quiet and great for walks. There is a flock of wild Turkeys that were really cool to see just roaming the entire area. The entire family enjoyed the stay.

Our family had a great time staying here. The house was very cozy and clean and the new screened in back porch area was a extra bonus. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the location and neighborhood was very nice and within walking distance to the water.

The host was extremely nice and helpful in preparing for our stay and throughout the stay when we had questions. They sent a list of suggested activities for my toddler, and even offered to buy us solar eclipse glasses for the main event of our visit! The house is in a residential area, but it’s within walking distance of two really yummy restaurants right on Lake Erie. The neighbors were friendly as well! The house was perfectly sized for our family of 6, and included balls and games to keep the kids busy. The fire pit was awesome too for our family to gather in the afternoons to talk story and have some drinks. The property is 15 minutes from Sandusky attractions, and only 10 from the Safari - which was a great experience! My toddler is still talking about when we “fed the animals”. The only not so fun thing I would mention are the fire alarms. They were so sensitive that we struggled to cook anything on the stove without setting them off. The host has said they will look into this though! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we had a fantastic time for the total solar eclipse. Absolutely would recommend this VRBO property for anyone needing a place to stay with family in the Sandusky area!

Perfect little house for our end of summer vacation. This house is close to Cedar Point, East Harbor State Park and Marblehead. We rented jet skis from a location in Bay View which was perfect. Had a great time hanging out with family.

We loved our stay in this remodeled 3 BR home. Everything was super clean and new. We were here for Ironman 70.3 Ohio in Sandusky, and this home was just 15 minutes away from the race site. Also popped over to Port Clinton for dinner and supplies.

We loved this house! It had ample space for our group of four. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the whole house is decorated in a fun lake house style. Super quick to get to Port Clinton, Sandusky, and the island ferries. It was just what we were looking for!

This little house is so cute and so perfect for six people. It’s in a great location right down the street from the water where you can rent jet skis from Michael at Bay View water sports. We enjoyed grilling and eating our dinners on the patio in the back yard. We also enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit. The close proximity to Cedar Point was just right. I highly recommend this place. Attention to detail inside was perfect! We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect for the whole family!

We are yearly visitors to Lake Erie and this was the perfect setup for us. There is plenty of parking, we had a boat and 3 trucks. The house slept 5 of us very comfortably. It's a 5 to 10 minute drive to multiple boat launches, has a garage to store gear in and a plugin to charge boat batteries over night. The host was excellent and responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My three friends and I found this beautiful place when we were planning our Lake Erie fishing getaway. The property is in a great little town with two restaurant/bars just a couple minute walk away. One of which is even attached to a bait shop! It is nestled right between the Mazuriks Boat Ramp and the Huron launch. Super convenient! The house was extremely clean, freshly remodeled and the folks there were even accommodating enough to leave us a nice fish cleaning table with carcass disposal included. One of the nicest features was the fact that we could leave the 21’ boat hooked right up to the truck in the driveway. Even convenient 110 outlets close by to plug the boat in each night. We were never concerned about the safety of our expensive gear in this area as this is relatively close to the police station and in a very low traffic area, which was important to us. All in all, I would definitely recommend this gem to anyone and can’t wait to return next year. 10 out of 10 from us!! Thanks again!
