These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.
- Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice.
- If you lose a parking permit during business hours, please pick up a spare from our office.
- After hours, you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance staff.
- No Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property.
Laser pointers are not permitted.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.
- This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
The agreement will be emailed to you, and it must be returned by fax, USPS, or email.

Great condo overlooking the beach and ocean! So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Convenient location across from the Boulineau's grocery store and near restaurants. The condo had plenty of seating, and I loved that the owners provide plastic containers in the kitchen and a good number of hooks in the bathrooms and hangers in the closets. Maybe all Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach rentals are this way (so not a critique of this condo), but it would have been nice if we didn't have to go to an offsite office to pick up the key ... it would have been easier to have a door code for entry into the condo. My only relatively minor comment is that the cleaning crew could do a better job (crumbs on the placemats from previous guests, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the coffeemaker really needed a cleaning, and a good vacuuming under things would have made the place feel overall much nicer).

This was the best condo ever! Full ocean view, absolutely spotless rooms, pristine pool and easy beach access. Great restaurants, live music and shopping within minutes. Comfortable bed and seating much appreciated. Easy and fast answers to any questions. Booked next season on the way out!

Condo nicely decorated, spacious and fulfilled our needs. The stay would have been better if some information regarding where to luggage carts were kept, information on how to operate/navigate the multiple remote controls and numerus cable apps/stations.
The weather was perfect and warm. A day the pool and hot tub was closed which was disappointing and unexpected.
