These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.
- Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice.
- If you lose a parking permit during business hours, please pick up a spare from our office.
- After hours, you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance staff.
- No Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property.
Laser pointers are not permitted.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.
- This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
The agreement will be emailed to you, and it must be returned by fax, USPS, or email.

Overall the property was nice but there were a few minor issues that need work. First of all there were fruit flies in the unit. In the kitchen, living area and even in the bathrooms. Not sure why. The unit needs a good ceiling to floor cleaning. There were stains on the walls and in the kitchen. Dried food on one of the coffee tables. No padlock on the door. We were sitting on the balcony when the exterminator came poking her head out the balcony door to let us know she was in the unit and going to spray. So glad we weren't in the shower or something. But overall, it was very comfortable and close to everything. The IGA grocery store was right on the corner. Pool was cleaned very well every day. Beds were fairly comfy and Check in and out was easy. Great place. Great location.

Overall a very nice week. The unit is in a great location in my opinion. The building and ground are all taken care of and clean. The unit itself was your average beach condo. A few areas that require attention. A broken handle on the sliding glass door made it difficult to open from the outside for children and the elderly. A toilet seat with a crack that pinched. The fridge should probably be replaced, it works but even their instructions tell you to not overload it and it took 2 days to get to full cooling and ice making. There was a coachroach or 2 killed during the stay. A larger kitchen garbage can is needed. For larger families it was a hassle. All those we dealt with and still had a great time. I leave this as feedback for some pretty easy fixes.

The room was not cleaned very good. There a pair a dirty shoes left in the room and refrigerator had dried up food and juice in it. The washer and dryer didn't work very well.
