Tim and Kim were great hosts and their house was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fire pit. Very easy to get to the horse races and downtown as well. would love to stay there again in the future.

We came with 8 adults and had a great time in Saratoga Springs. We had plenty of space and plenty to do in this great house. The game room was comfortable and huge, kitchen was well appointed. We especially liked the built in keurig into the bottled water machine! We had a fantastic dinner at Mouzon House on Sunday night and a fun 5 mile hike in the rain at Saratoga Spa State Park. Overall, wonderful weekend, thank you!

The house was beautiful and very private, while being very close to the main roads and attractions of Saratoga Springs.
The owners were incredibly friendly. Also very easy to get a hold of and friendly when I called with a question because I didn’t read the email or text that they sent me with the instructions for the keypad.
I highly recommend this house and these hosts.
