This property provides an abundance of amenities including tennis courts, gym, 3 swimming pools, private beach access, basketball court, and more. This is a 3 Bedroom Unit (1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS) 2.5 Bath Unit. You are Ocean Side but have access just across the street to the Sound Side Island Beach Racquet Club with additional amazing views. Relax at the beach just steps away where you may catch a glimpse of a dolphin passing by, pick up seashells or go for a sunrise run or easily watch over the kids in the pool from the screened porch while you sip your coffee or read a book. This property is within walking distance to restaurants, a Dollar General and even delicious Dairy Queen Ice Cream is directly across from the unit. We have provided sand toys, a small assortment of games as well as WiFi and cable. Please Note: This unit is ocean front with a view of the Dunes and Pool. It is on level on and just a few short steps to have your toes in the sand. Clean & Crisp for your comfort.

This was our 3rd time staying in this rental. We love it! The accommodations are outstanding! Having that extra half bathroom in the front bedroom is such a nice feature. The location is great (I recommend Beach Burgers arcoss the street), and the easy access to the beach can't be beat!The owner is awesome and very supportive and responsive to all of our needs! Judy's the best!

Judy is an excellent host. The condo was just as pictured, everything you need on arrival is on site. Our family would definitely stay here again.
