Island Beach Racquet Club 205A is a beautifully updated second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront condo the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. Designed with fresh coastal charm and thoughtful updates throughout, this inviting retreat offers comfort, style, and unforgettable ocean views.
The bright and airy living room features a smart TV and opens directly to a private oceanfront balcony ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick beach-day breakfast or a family dinner in.
The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and stunning oceanfront views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, and its own private bath, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a twin-over-double bunk bed, twin trundle, smart TV, and access to a shared hall bath.
Guests of Island Beach & Racquet Club enjoy access to fantastic community amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, and more making it easy to entertain the whole family. High-speed wireless internet is included for your convenience.

Community Amenities: Building Elevators, 3 Outdoor Seasonal Pools and Seasonal Kiddie Pool (typically open May 1st - Oct 15th 9am - 10pm), Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Showers, Laundry Area, Sound Access via paved walkway, Grilling Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, On-site Playground. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Please Note: Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with two parking passes.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 minimum in advance from Labor Day week through the week before Memorial Day, last minute from Memorial Day week to Labor Day week.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
