Flat screen televisions and DVD players are in each bedrooms and the living area has a queen sofa sleeper and stereo system! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your meal prep needs. With a breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix III 3044 is a hit for all groups!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

My Family and I had a great time on vacation this year! The Condo was perfect, exactly as described! Would definitely stay again and probably will. I have rented from this company in the past and always top notch! Thanks again for letting us make memories that will last a lifetime!

Built in 1993, the Phoenix III is obviously dated overall. We visited some units that were owner-updated, but this did little to improve general floor plans with small or inconvenient shower/toilet layouts. Many drains plugged and some from our group had major plumbing problems. This said, staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, will probably seek a different condo if we return next year.
