Villa of 150 m² is located on a plot of 1200 m² fenced. (Parking of vehicles possible inside the garden).
Villa composed on the first floor of:
A master bedroom, double bed (160) with its bathroom (shower), 2 sinks, WC,
A double bedroom (160) and a twin bedroom (90) that can be pushed together, share a bathroom (bath), 2 sinks, WC.
Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, (filter coffee maker on request), electric juicer, blender, etc... with a central island opening onto a living room equipped with a large sofa, satellite TV, free wifi, fireplace with insert.
Large veranda with table for 6/8 people and a small living room (sofa + 2 armchairs), ceiling fan.
Fully air-conditioned villa (independent control in each room).
Laundry room with sink and washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
Apartment with access by external staircase opening onto a terrace of 15 m² with a table and chairs composed of:
A fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140), a bathroom (bath), 1 sink, WC.
The garden:
A dining area on a pretty terrace under the pines and palm trees with plancha and sink.
Around the swimming pool, deckchairs and parasols as well as garden furniture.

Great place to stay, lovely pool and very near to some excellent beaches

Our stay there was great. The house is spacious, there are 2 separate flats. It is fully equiped with everything you need. Every room has an air-conditioning unit. The pool is big, clean, there is an outdoor shower and toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue with a seating area. The beaches are close, sea water is incredibly clear. Not far from the house there is Mercadona, some restaurants. If you want to do some sightseeing, I´d recommend Tarragona and its Roman monuments, Reus with a Gaudí museum and Casa Natas (a fantastic art-nouveau villa). All the towns near are worth of seeing. This place was one of the best of our holidays over last 20 years. The communication with the owner and the agency was easy, fast and smooth. i wouls recommend the place to everybody.
