About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Sologne Bourbonnaise region, discover this farmhouse, adjoining the owner's house. Ideally located, you'll have access to the rich surrounding countryside while being only 14 km from Le PAL amusement park. You'll experience life on a working farm where sheep, horses, a cat, a dog, and two donkeys all live together. Your pets are welcome on the enclosed grounds of the accommodation!
The cottage is all on one level. The entrance hall also serves as the large and charming fully equipped kitchen. It features a wood-burning stove (wood provided), allowing you to enjoy gentle warmth during the warmer months. A comfortable living room offers pleasant moments for family. The first bedroom, ideal for children, has two single beds (90x190cm). These are pull-out beds that can also provide two additional sleeping spaces. The bedroom is closed off by a curtain and opens onto the living room. The master suite features a 160x190cm bed, an en-suite shower room with a double vanity and washing machine, and an open-plan layout. A separate toilet is also included in this bedroom.
THE COTTAGE'S HIGHLIGHTS: A heated swimming pool (open from April to October) is available and shared with the owner. (Secured by a safety cover, the pool is open in the morning and closed in the evening. Please contact the owner for details.) The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, and heating.
