The house is located in the town of Gannay-sur-Loire (03230), in Port des Vanneaux, with direct access to the banks of the Loire Side Canal. Large, fully enclosed garden with private access along the canal for fishing and walking. Parking available on the property if needed.
The house is spread over two levels and features a large, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a bar (wine cellar under the house), television and radio; no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G and 5G coverage
Living room with a sofa. 1 shower room + 1 separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds measuring 160 x 200, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.

* WEEKLY RATE: 550 Euros (including water and electricity) for up to 5 PEOPLE. (Rentals are available only by the week (Saturday to Saturday), for two to three weeks, or by the month.) No daily or weekend rentals
* Additional options to be paid on site:
sheets + bath towels + bath mats + dish towels: 50 euros per week
