L'appartement a été récemment rénové, la décoration est vraiment raffinée, ce qui est inhabituel pour un appartement mis en location. Rien à redire concernant le confort et les équipements, complets. Tous les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble. Revers de la médaille : en pleine saison, les nuisances sonores nocturnes, malgré les double-vitrages.
