Vacation Rental “Residenz Whg 2”
Enjoy a relaxing vacation year-round in our beautiful Norddeich.
Like “Residenz Whg 1” in the same building, this upper-floor vacation rental was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The apartment now offers every comfort. In addition to new flooring made of modern tiles and vinyl and a new kitchen, all the furnishings (beds, sofa, etc.) have been replaced with high-quality pieces. The new bathroom now features, among other things, a walk-in shower.
In Apartment 2, all windows are equipped with pleated blinds and motorized roller shutters. The balcony faces the sunny side and is furnished accordingly with balcony furniture.
As a special feature, this vacation rental allows you to bring a dog (no other pets).
Upon request, we can provide a dog bed complete with a pillow and bowls.
It comes in 3 different sizes and costs €5.00 per night.
The apartment is located on a quiet side street yet is still close to the center of Norddeich. It’s about 1,000 meters away on foot, and it takes about 10–12
minutes to reach the dike.
The North Sea, the Wadden Sea, and the sandy beaches are right on your doorstep. East Frisia is particularly well-suited for beautiful bike rides and unique excursions. Be sure to visit the seal sanctuary, the Waloseum, the Ocean Wave water park, and, of course, East Frisia’s completely redesigned maritime waterfront on Norddeich Beach.

The heart of the apartment is the beautifully laid-out living room. The high-quality sofa is perfect for relaxing. The large wall-mounted TV ensures the perfect entertainment
. The ceiling lighting, featuring new LED spotlights, provides a pleasant, warm glow.
The new kitchen features high-quality appliances and is generously equipped. The bedroom features a new 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed; in addition to a spacious closet and a dresser, there is also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The modern tiled bathroom is particularly well-designed, featuring a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a modern vanity with a countertop sink.
Wi-Fi, a Miele washing machine, and an ironing board and iron round out the amenities. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns fehlte eine Teekanne was sehr schade war. Die Betten waren leider für unseren Geschmack und rücken zu hart. Allem in allem war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Residenz 2

Super Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Freundlicher Service.
Sehr zu empfehlen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Lage, sehr sauber, netter Servicebetrieb. Bahn hört man nicht. Nichts für Menschen mit Angst vor Elektrosmog, da Stromleitungen über das Haus führen. Hat uns nicht gestört.
