Vacation Rental “Residenz Apartment 1”
Enjoy a relaxing vacation all year round in our beautiful Norddeich.
Like “Residenz Apartment 2” in the same building, this ground-floor vacation rental was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The apartment now offers every comfort. In addition to new flooring made of modern tiles and vinyl and a new kitchen, all the furnishings (beds, sofa, etc.) have been replaced with high-quality pieces. The new bathroom now features, among other things, a walk-in shower.
In Apartment 1, all windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens; there are also electrically operated roller shutters. The terrace faces the sunny side and is furnished with garden furniture.
A special feature of this vacation rental is that you may bring a dog (no other pets allowed).
Upon request, we can provide a dog bed complete with a pillow and bowls.
This is available in 3 different sizes and costs €5.00 per night.
The apartment is located on a quiet side street yet is still close to the center of Norddeich. It’s about 1,000 meters away on foot, and it takes about 10–12
minutes to reach the dike.
The North Sea, the Wadden Sea, and the sandy beaches are right on your doorstep. East Frisia is particularly well-suited for beautiful bike rides and unique excursions. Be sure to visit the seal sanctuary, the Waloseum, the Ocean Wave water park, and, of course, the completely redesigned maritime waterfront of East Frisia on the beach in Norddeich.

The new kitchen features high-quality appliances and is generously equipped. The bedroom features a new 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed; in addition to a spacious closet and a dresser, it also includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The modern tiled bathroom is particularly well-designed, featuring a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a modern vanity with a countertop sink.
Wi-Fi, a Miele washing machine, and an ironing board and iron round out the amenities. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Die Übernahme der Schlüssel und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand.

Eine super modern renovierte, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, die absolut keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ausgestattet mit geschmackvollen, hochwertigen Möbeln und Elektrogeräten. Wir haben uns in dieser Urlaubswoche hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.
