The condo was lovely. Clean and well decorated. The condo complex, The Sanctuary, is in a very good location. It’s on a quiet part of the beach, and near the Back Bay Nature reserve.
Any issues were mainly with the management company. There were no carts for moving in. The hot tub was broken, and looked as though it had been in disrepair for quite a while. When we moved in, the “starter “products weren’t all there. When contacted for a few minor issues, though, the maintenance crew was very quick to respond and quick to fix the issues.

No breakfast was offered
The fire alarm went off for 45 minutes. The refrigerator is loud when it shuts off. Bathroom travel size toiletries could have been provided including toilet tissue.
