Welcome to our modern and spacious villa situated in Elviria, one of the most sought-after areas of Marbella, in only 150 meters from the sea and wonderful white-sanded beach. Wheel-chair accessible with Schindler elevator to all levels. It is a perfect location, with all necessary infrastructure within walking distance, just 100 meters from luxury beach club Estrella del Mar with restaurant, spa, gymnasium, etc. The villa is easily accessible from the highway, it takes 10 minutes to get to Marbella center and 35 minutes to Malaga airport.
The total area of the villa is approximately. 300 m2 (150 m2 terraces), the plot of 900 m2 with large private swimming pool, and the villa enjoys fantastic sea views from both ground floor and first floor.

Booking was relatively easy. Good communication. Not sure I agree with a €30 charge for the initial deposit and then the balance and again for security deposit. Who carries €1000 cash with them? So an additional €90 and another €100 for an early check in that although requested had never been confirmed or indeed a price tag added. Would have preferred to have just sat in a local restaurant and had a birthday lunch before check in time.
Didn’t get off to the best start due to the storms that had hit and flooded the property before we arrived. Would have liked a heads up before we travelled. Pool was filling when we arrived and wasn’t ready until the next day. Bloody freezing too. I managed to dip my big toe but that was more than enough. Alexey sorted flowers and bubbles for our arrival which was greatly appreciated. I think things may have been very different had the storms not hit prior to our arrival but based on our stay the best I can give is 7/10
